Install the JKB Client Portal app

Add it to your home screen for quick access to reports, messages, appointments and forms — plus optional notifications.

Open in Safari first This in-app browser (email / Instagram / Facebook / Chrome on iPhone) cannot install the app. Tap the ··· or Share menu and choose Open in Safari, then come back to this page.
iPhone install (no App Store button) iPhone does not show “Install app”. Use Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen:
  1. Stay in Safari on this page
  2. Tap the Share icon (square with ↑)
  3. Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen
  4. Tap Add, then open the purple JKB Portal icon

Install the app

On Android Chrome you may see a one-tap install button. On iPhone you always use Share → Add to Home Screen.

If the install button is hidden

Android · Chrome

1. Open this page in Chrome (not Facebook/Messenger browser if possible).
2. Tap the menu ⋮ → Install app or Add to Home screen.
3. Open the new home-screen icon and sign in with your portal email.

iPhone · Safari (this is the only way on iPhone)

1. Open this page in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then Add.
4. Open the JKB Portal icon and sign in.
